Olá Viajantes,
Estar em Alberobello é um privilegio, cidade linda e única. A cidade dos Trulli (plural de Trullo), é uma cidade italiana da região da Puglia, província de Bari, com cerca de 10.855 habitantes. Alberobello significa “Árvores belas”. Fica no alto de uma colina, aliás duas colinas. Diz a lenda, que a origem das casas Trulli se deve a idéia do Conde Giangirolamo II que sugeriu aos seus moradores, para fugir da cobrança dos impostos por novas casas. Desta forma, quando a notícia chegava que os coletores de impostos estavam chegando, as casas desapareciam. As casas poderiam ser desmontadas com facilidade, pois a montagem de seus telhados são encaixados sem nada que as unam, tipo argamassa ou algo parecido. Isto ocorreu no século 14 e as casas permaneceram intactas após tantos anos.
Vista de Alberobello
Os Trulli, localizado entre as províncias de Brindisi , Bari https://andiamoblogviagens.com.br/bari-italia/ e Taranto , ainda são usados hoje como moradias, lojas, restaurantes, hotéis e até igrejas e não tem como negar que são um exemplo inteligente de arquitetura. A maior concentração deste tipo de moradia é Alberobello, se pode ver algumas outras construções na região mas, não como em Alberobello. Portanto, a capital mundial do Trulli é mesmo Alberobello.

Essas moradias tem a aparência de frágeis, mas isso não procede, pois mesmo sem elementos de suporte ou de liga, são muito resistentes. A prova está aí!! Desde o século XIV está firme e forte. Quando se fala em Puglia, sempre aparece uma foto de uma dessas casas. Afinal, é mais um Patrimônio da Humanidade declarado pela Unesco. A itália é o país que tem mais Patrimônios Declarados pela Unesco no mundo. Pensa, como esse país é maravilhoso!!

Os trulli são geralmente brancos e muito resistentes. Na maioria com flores e muitos jardins na porta, alguns tem um símbolo no telhado que pode ser Cristão ou Pagão. Que dizem trazer proteção para a família, afugentar mau-olhado, abençoar a colheita, etc. Hoje em dia quase não se vê estes símbolos, que com o passar dos anos essa tradição não foi cultivada.
Vista de Alberobello, bem no alto tem uma igreja em Trulli, se pode avistar a cruz.
Alberobello surge sobre duas colinas. No meio tem uma avenida comercial e é por onde geralmente os turistas chegam. Nesta avenida tem os estacionamentos, o escritório de informação turística e banheiros públicos. De um lado encontramos as construções mais recentes da cidade e que contem Trulli também, chamado de Rione Aia Piccola, do outro o conjunto de Trulli, neste se encontra maior quantidade de Trulli, o Monti.
Parrocchia di Santa Lucia
O Rione Aia Piccola, que fica localizado a direita para quem chega de carro vindo de Bari, tem vários Trulli que são residências e é muito bem cuidado, com ruas e vielas bem estreitas. Lá também está a Parrocchia di Santa Lucia e a Parrocchia Santuario Basilica S.S. Cosma e Damiano, a Prefeitura e o Obelisco na praça central.
Um dos Trulli que não é branco, localizado no Rione Aia Piccola
Neste pequeno bairro, Rione Aia Piccola, no final do ano a população organiza uma grande festa com encenação de um presépio, com os habitantes em trajes típicos. Nesta época recebem vários turistas e a cidade fica toda enfeitada com motivos natalinos. Deve ser lindíssimo! Estive em Maio e não tive a oportunidade de participar. Quem sabe de uma próxima vez. Está anotado!!!
Uma das vielas bem cuidadas e preservadas de Rione Aia Piccola em Alberobello
Quando os navios de cruzeiro chegam em Bari, que está a 50 km, e fazem excursões de ida e volta no mesmo dia a Alberobello a cidade fica lotada. Mas, realmente é uma boa oportunidade para conhecerem a cidade.
Uma casa residencial, bem preservada e cuidada.
Chegamos em Alberobello vindo de Monopoli, https://andiamoblogviagens.com.br/monopoli-italia/ que está a 20 km. Ficamos encantados com a vista dos mais de 1000 Trulli, que existem em Alberobello. Estacionamos em um local permitido para estacionar e fomos procurar o local que vendia o ticket de estacionamento. Fomos ao banheiro público que existe bem pertinho e voltamos. Uau!! já tinha uma multa no para-brisa do carro. Perguntei para uma guarda de trânsito como deveria proceder e ela me indicou um escritório da Polizia Municipale, que se encontrava no prédio da Prefeitura. E lá fomos nós resolver essa pendenga!! Não ficou nada barato! 80 euros pela multinha!! Caso deixasse para pagar depois viria um pouco mais caro.

O melhor a fazer é andar por suas ruas aleatoriamente. No escritório de informações turísticas eles lhes fornecem um mapa da cidade. Como a cidade é pequena resolvemos andar por conta própria e curtir o clima da cidade. Mas, perdi a oportunidade de conhecer o Trullo Siamese, que é ligado pelo teto e o Trullo Sovrano http://www.trullosovrano.eu/que é o único de dois andares. Portanto, é melhor ficar atento às informações turísticas.
Belvedere de onde se tem a melhor vista do outro lado de Alberobello, o Rione Monti.
Andando por Alberobello, recomendo entrar no Belvedere, que é um jardim público do lado do Rione Aia Piccola, que se tem a melhor vista da cidade. A vista dá para o Monti, que é o bairro que está localizado do lado esquerdo de quem chega por Bari, nesse bairro as ruas são de escadarias e é mais comercial que do outro lado.

A avenida que divide os dois lados: Rione Monti e Rione Aia Piccola é comercial e onde se encontra várias lojinhas de lembrancinhas da cidade, temperos, camisetas, etc.

Indo atrás do pagamento da nossa “multinha” , na Piazza del Popolo na prefeitura nos deparamos com um Obelisco bem antigo, dedicado aos mortos, foi planejado pelo arquiteto de Alberobello, Antoni Curri, que também é um dos criadores da Galeria Umberto I de Nápole, famosa mundialmente. Mas, não tem tantos turistas, pois o que eles querem são os Trulli.

Em frente à Prefeitura fica o antigo local histórico da cidade: Casa d’Amore. http://www.comunealberobello.gov.it/ De acordo com uma tradição que foi enraizada, desde 1797, quando o primeiro prefeito foi eleito, Francesco D’Amore começou a construir esta casa, a primeira oficialmente usando argamassa e ela é hoje um Museu. Afinal, um fato histórico né!!

Da Piazza del Popolo a Parrocchia Basilica S.S. Cosma i Damiano é só seguir pela avenida Vittorio Emanuele. Os médicos Cosme e Damião são os padroeiros da cidade.

O culto pelos santos médicos, Cosme e Damião, dizem ter sido introduzido no século XVII e durante os dias dedicados a eles, 25 a 26 de setembro é celebrada na cidade a Festa dos Santos Médicos, com queima de fogos, espetáculos folclóricos, etc. Imagino como a cidade deve ficar festiva. Pois, ela já é!!
O Rione Monti, com suas escadarias
O Rione Monti, o bairro do outro lado , é caracterizado por escadarias. Os Trulli em sua maioria são utilizados comercialmente. Além disso, é possível visitar o interior de alguns trulli, mobiliados e decorados como antigamente. Infelizmente não entrei. Fiquei sem graça de pedir. Acho mesmo que devo voltar a Alberobello, principalmente na época da Festa dos Santos Médicos. Na parte alta do Rione Monti se encontra uma pequena igreja em Trullo, a Chiesa di Sant’Antonio.

COMO CHEGAR A ALBEROBELLO
O aeroporto mais próximo de Alberobello é o de Bari e de lá você pode contratar um transfer particular, pode também alugar um carro, (nós alugamos um) mas também pode ir de trem do aeroporto de Bari ao centro da cidade, Estação Central de Bari, e pegar um trem para Alberobello. Muito fácil de fazer e não leva tanto tempo. A vantagem do carro é que você poderá ir em outras cidades próximas e são muitas. Quanto ao carro, são os inconvenientes de uma multa, pedágios, diárias para estacionar, seguro, gasolina, etc. Eu particularmente, prefiro ir de trem e com pouca bagagem. Me sinto mais livre.

QUANDO VISITAR ALBEROBELLO
Um dos períodos do ano mais propícios é sem dúvida alguma, a primavera, que vai de abril a meados de junho, outro bom período é entre setembro e outubro, em pleno outono. Julho e agosto são meses de alta temporada, e a cidade fica bem cheia mas para visitar Alberobello não é problema. Mas, não recomendo. Pois, com certeza irá em outras cidades da Itália que acontecerá preços altos e congestionamentos. Esse período é de calor intenso. Por outro lado, os dias estarão mais longos. Já aqueles que gostam de frio devem optar pela ida a partir de novembro até março.
