Olá Viajantes, agora em Bolonha,
Bologna em italiano ou Bolonha em português é uma cidade italiana, capital e a maior cidade da região da Emilia-Romanga. É uma cidade universitária animada e cosmopolita com espetacular história, arte, culinária, música e cultura. Com cerca de 390 000 habitantes. Localizada em uma região central da Itália e de fácil acesso de outras cidades italianas.
Por estar no centro do país, Bolonha possui um gigante cruzamento de linhas férreas, ligando a cidade ao resto do país. A Estação Central é antiga e não tão atrativa, porem, a parte subterrânea é assustadora. Com vários andares e tudo super moderno. Fica aberta 24 horas por dia. De lá saem vários trens de alta velocidade. Muito prático.
Chegamos em Bolonha de carro. Locamos um carro pela Rentcars, ainda no Brasil. Uma boa opção para se livrar de IOF, já que é possível pagar no cartão de crédito em reais. Pegamos o carro em Bari, na Puglia http://andiamoblogviagens.com.br/bari-italia/ e devolvemos o carro em Milão: http://andiamoblogviagens.com.br/milao-italia/ as estradas na Itália são excelentes. Mas, cuidado com as multas, eles são rigorosos neste aspecto e os pedágios também são vários. Bolonha fica a 105 km de Florença, 210 km de Milão e a 380 km de Roma. A autoestrada A1 passa por todas essas cidades. Enfim, deu tudo certo e aproveitamos bastante o carro. Estávamos na Itália pela sexta vez e com certeza voltaremos muitas outras.
É na Bolonha que está a Universidade mais antiga da Europa e onde estudaram personalidades famosas como Dante Alighieri e outros tantos famosos na história do mundo. A culinária é famosa e se supera no preparo dos pratos tradicionais da Itália. Impossível não comer bem por lá. A cidade tem até um apelido, La Grassa, que quer dizer: A Gorda. O nosso famoso molho a bolonhesa, lá é chamado de molho ao ragú. Outros pratos saborosíssimos são: o Parmigiano reggiano e o prosciutto crudo di Parma, em português: queijo parmesão e presunto de Parma.
Poucos visitantes sabem, mas Bolonha tem canais, como em Veneza. Claro, que em miniatura. Na cidade a muitos anos existia uma rede de canais que fornecia energia, alguns navegáveis, outros usados para dar água aos animais e também serviam como lavanderia pública. Foi construído para ligar a cidade ao rio Po e aos canais de Comacchio, para assim ter uma via de acesso ao mar. Na Via Piella 18 se pode ver um destes canais, através de uma janelinha, que a alguns anos existia até uma portinha para o turista abrir e ter a grande surpresa da vista dos canais.
Na via Rizzoli, Piazza della Mercanzia, Via Castiglione, Via Farini, Piazza Galvani e Via dell’Archiginnasio, conhecida como Quadrilátero, é onde estão as melhores lojas de condimentos, produtos típicos e bons restaurantes. Nesta região também tem o Fratelli Carli, que possui o famoso aceto de vinho e outros produtos excelentes para comprar e presentear alguém.
O centro turístico é facilmente conhecido a pé. Os pórticos, que são as marquises. Permitem que você ande pela calçada protegido da chuva e do sol. São 40 km de extensão em Bolonha. Elas são lindas e cada uma tem seu potencial arquitetônico. É a cidade que tem mais pórticos no mundo.
Dizem que é possível andar durante um dia de chuva sem se molhar pelos pórticos de Bolonha. Eles foram construídos a mais de mil anos atrás, para incentivar a população a ir ao centro. Muitos eram construídos de madeira. São lindos e vale a pena passear por eles e admirar sua grande utilidade.
Alem de ser conhecida como La Grassa, pela sua gastronomia, é conhecida também como La Dotta, ou Culta, por ser a seda da universidade mais antiga do mundo em funcionamento e de La Rossa , A Vermelha, devido ao tom avermelhado das construções. Por ter vários universitários pela cidade, existem muitos lugares para comer com o famoso aperitivo italiano. Onde se paga apenas o que se bebe. Isso acontece no horário do “Happy Hour”.
A harmonia entre o novo e o velho se casam perfeitamente em Bolonha. Com muita história, arte, arquitetura, gastronomia e cultura. Possui uma vida noturna agitada e vibrante, cheia de jovens e muitos bares e restaurantes. A cidade é segura e qualquer mocinha pode andar tranquilamente pelos seus becos tarde da noite com segurança. A cidade já foi murada. Hoje os muros já foram demolidos, porem as portas ainda estão lá, são mais de 10 distribuídas pelo centro histórico.
A Via Independenza, funciona como eixo principal de Bolonha, ligando a Estação Central a Piazza Maggiore, que é onde está localizado os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Nesta via se concentra as lojas famosas de griffes de ponta, hotéis, restaurantes, lojinhas e cafeterias.
A cidade possui duas praças que são referências para andar pelo centro histórico da cidade. A primeira e bem pequena é a Piazza del Netuno. Possui uma fonte com uma estátua de bronze do deus dos mares. A outra e bem maior é a Piazza Maggiore, onde está localizado várias construções belíssimas. As igrejas também são pontos cruciais na cidade. São lindas e com muita história. Existe um complexo de 4 que estão interligadas. A Igreja do Cruxifixo, Basílica do Santo Sepulcro, onde dizem está a pia que Poncio Pilatos lavou as mãos, Basílica de Santi Vitale e Agricola e a Igreja da Trindade, que possui um belo museu de arte sacra.
Mas, a mais famosa e grandiosa é a Basílica di San Petronio, cartão postal da cidade. Localizada na Piazza Maggiore, sua construção iniciou em 1390 e até hoje está inacabada. No início era para ser maior que a de São Pedro no Vaticano, mas o projeto foi boicotado para que isso não acontecesse. Acho que foi por isso que ela ficou inacabada com sua fachada coberta em mármore e o restante em tijolo à vista. Dentro dela tem algo que chega a ser perigoso nos dias de hoje e que sofre ameaças pelos extremistas islâmicos, uma pintura de Maomé sem roupa, no inferno e sofrendo. Giovanni da Modena foi corajoso, isso no século XV. Dizem que foi devido aos gastos com a construção dessa igreja que fez com que Martin Lutero se revoltasse ainda mais com a Igreja Católica. A igreja abre todos os dias e a visitação é gratuita.
A cidade sofreu bombardeios durante a II Grande Guerra Mundial e vários terremotos durante a sua história. Mas, conseguiu se reerguer e está intacta, com suas praças e belos monumentos.
O símbolo da cidade são suas duas torres: a Torre Asinelli (1109 a 1119)e a Torre Garisenda (século XII). Os nomes das torres são referência ao nome das famílias que as construíram.
As torres estão inclinadas e é facilmente observada esta inclinação. Bolonha já possuiu 200 torres. Afinal, era comum pelas famílias construírem torres. Servia para armazenar alimentos, sentinela e o mais importante era o sinal de poder. A Torre Garisenda é a mais baixa e muito inclinada, coisa de uns 3 metros. Era para ela ser maior mas já na construção notaram sua inclinação e resolveram diminuir. Não é permitida visitação.
Já a Torre degli Asinelli é bem menos inclinada e mais alta, para quem tiver disposição pode subir os 498 degraus e poder desfrutar de uma vista privilegiada de Bolonha. https://www.bolognawelcome.com/ o horário de abertura é às 9:30 e o horário de fechamento depende da estação do ano. Pode ser às 19:30 ou 17:30. O valor do ingresso são 5 euros.
Reserve um tempo para andar por suas ruas e pórticos, apenas para apreciar suas construções. Os traços da cidade são fortes e medievais.
Para os amantes da fotografia, saiba que a cidade é muito fotogênica e será uma boa oportunidade de ter belas fotos. Sentar na praça e puxar uma conversa com algum turista ou morador da cidade é possível!! Algo que em cidades maiores é mais difícil.
Ficamos hospedados em um hotel no centro histórico. Hotel San Giorgio, http://www.sangiorgiohotel.it/ O estacionamento é particular, mas bem pertinho do hotel. Para descer sua bagagem é necessário colocar uma ficha com o nome do hotel no painel do carro. Caso contrário a multa é certa! Existem câmaras por todo lado. A localização é excelente e fizemos tudo a pé. Hotel 3 estrelas e pagamos por diária cerca de 55 euros. Fizemos as reservas pelo Booking.com e deu tudo certo. Faça você também através do nosso Blog e nos ajude na divulgação. Isso não acarretará nada a mais nos preços.
Um dos belos edifícios da Piazza Maggiore é o Palazzo Comunale, foi a sedo dos magistrados. Possui um belo relógio na torre e a estátua de bronze do Papa Gregório XII.

O ideal é se hospedar no centro histórico da cidade. Pois se pode conhecer os pontos mais importantes a pé, como: Piazza Maggiore, a igreja de San Petronio, as torres Asinelli e Garisenda e a Abadia di Santo Estefano. A Estação Central de Bolonha não é muito perto do centro. Mas, se não tiver muita bagagem dá para ir até o centro a pé, do contrário é melhor pegar um táxi. As ruas são de pedra e as rodinhas das malas podem não suportar uma grande distância.

De março a junho é uma boa época, sendo na minha opinião a melhor. O clima está agradável e as atrações não estão lotadas. Julho e Agosto são meses quentes e de alta temporada. Setembro a Dezembro ainda é bom de ir, porem já começa a esfriar. Nos meses de Janeiro e Fevereiro são meses muito frios. Daí vai do gosto de cada um.
