Olá Viajantes,
Cancun ou Cancún é uma cidade que fica na costa do estado de Quintana Roo, no México, em uma península que se tornou um dos centros turísticos mais importantes do país, projetada na década de 80 para ser um pólo turístico, tendo conseguido preservar suas belezas naturais e sua cultura ancestral, representada principalmente em cidades maias, como Tulum, Uxmal ou Chichén Itzá, fundadas no período pré-colombiano. Seus hotéis e resorts estão localizados à beira da praia que é de areia branquíssima, mar azul turquesa de temperatura muito agradável e estão preparados para receber turistas de todo o mundo. Em Cancun existem cerca de 22 quilômetros de praias de areia fina, divididos entre a lagoa e o mar. Se localiza a uma distância de uns 370 km da capital do estado Quintana Roo, a cidade de Chetumal; a 70 km de Playa del Carmen.
Praia azul turquesa e temperatura agradável
Chegamos em Cancún vindo da Cidade do México https://andiamoblogviagens.com.br/mexico-city-mexico/ pela Volaris, o avião era comum, daqueles de 3 poltronas de cada lado. Bagagem só de mão, ou com opção de pagar para despachar. Como iríamos voltar para a Cidade do México, deixamos as malas no hotel que iríamos retornar. Estávamos apenas com mochilas. Chegando no aeroporto é uma loucura! Todo mundo querendo “pescar algum turista”. Mas, para brasileiro que está calejado com pessoas tentando tomar os nossos reais, ficamos esperto e nos dirigimos para o guichê do ônibus que leva do aeroporto a rodoviária. Muito prático! Onibus confortável, ar condicionado, tv, local para colocar a bagagem, horário certinho. Da rodoviária pegamos um taxi até o nosso hotel. Se entrássemos na ladainha que tentaram nos passar iríamos pagar 3 vezes mais.
Vista da Playa Delfines
Escolhemos um hotel no Dowtown, com uma filial na Zona Hoteleira que oferecia o transfer gratuito ao resort Club Beach. Valeu muito a pena! Afinal, pagamos bem mais barato e desfrutamos do resort em frente a praia. Não estávamos interessados em All Inclusive, (tudo incluso). Não teríamos tempo em usufruir de tudo que o resort ofereceria. Mas, para quem vai ficar somente no hotel é uma boa opção.
Um dos belos resorts da Zona Hoteleira,este é o Krystal Cancún, no Km 9
A zona hoteleira de Cancun também é conhecida como Isla Cancún, por ser uma ilha no formato de um “7”. Possui 23 km de comprimento e fica entre a lagoa Nichupté e o oceano Atlântico, sendo ligada ao continente por duas pontes. Os hotéis que ficam na parte de cima do “7”, são hotéis mais antigos e a praia é mais calma, tipo piscina. Os que ficam na perna do “7” são hotéis mais novos e tipo resort, a praia é um pouco mais brava. Mas, nada como as praias bravas do Brasil. Praticamente todas as maiores redes hoteleiras do mundo possuem pelo menos um hotel lá, e em sua grande maioria com regime All Inclusive.

Os hotéis impressionam pelo tamanho e infra-estrutura. São confortáveis e muito modernos e bonitos. Como são muitos hotéis e a maioria no mesmo padrão, se é possível circular e aproveitar a estrutura de entretenimento de outros que não se está hospedado, sem cobrar nada por isso.
Mandala, uma das boas opções de Cancún
É divertido passear pela animada Boulevard Kukulcán, que é a principal e que corta toda a orla de Cancún. Para conhecer discotecas, restaurantes de comida mexicana, boates com música caribenha, o local é este. A maioria dos hotéis também possui boate, ou pelo menos um bar que fica aberto a noite toda. As principais opções da Boulevard Kukulcán são a Coco Bongo, http://www.cocobongo.com/ aquela do filme Máscara, Señor Frog’s, http://senorfrogs.com/cancun/ Basic, http://clubzone.com/places/basic-nightclub-cancun/ Dady’O, https://www.mandalatickets.com/ The City, https://mandalatickets.com/ Bulldog https://www.bulldogcafe.com/ e Sweet Club. Se é possível comprar os ingressos na recepção do hotel, ou durante o dia na portaria destes recintos, muito melhor do que ir na hora do evento.
Coco Bango
Acho que esta é a mais famosa entre os brasileiros, nela durante o espetáculo, tem uma apresentação representando o Brasil. Mas, não tem muito a ver com o nosso samba. Mas, vale a intensão. O ingresso é um pouco salgado, cerca de 90 dólares. Mas, com a vantagem de ser “open bar”.
Señor Frog’s
Em algum locais se é possível pagar apenas a consumação. Mas, a maioria é mesmo “open bar”. O Hard Rock Café Cancún, (aquele da guitarra gigante) tem a opção de pagar apenas a consumação. https://es.hrhcancun.com/?referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com.br%2F
Uma das pistas de caminhada da Boulevard Kukulcán
A orla é mesmo bem extensa e não tem aquele calçadão típico das praias brasileiras. No entanto, tem esta charmosa pista de caminhada, onde se pode ir admirando o comércio e os hotéis.
Carlos’ n Charlie’s
Um dos melhores restaurantes de comida mexicana e sem dúvida nenhuma o melhor e maior cheeseburger de Cancún. Vale a pena conferir. Decoração muito bacana também. Aprovado!
Um dos Mercados de Artesanatos
Se for comprar artesanatos ou artigos mexicanos, as melhores opções são os outlets mexicanos espalhados por toda a zona hoteleira. Os preços não são bem definidos, pois se é possível negociar. Se tiver paciência se consegue a metade do preço. Vai da capacidade de barganhar. Outra boa opção é o Mercado 28, http://market28cancun.negocio.site/que fica localizado no centro da cidade. Para compras Cancun é um bom lugar, possui praticamente todas as marcas americanas e européias. Mas, os preços não são como os dos Estados Unidos.
Shopping La Isla, o mais bonito
O maior shopping de Cancún é o Kukulkán Plaza, que fica no km 13, o mais bonito e divertido, principalmente a noite é o La Isla, no Km 12,5 da Boulevard Kukulcán, que é todo ao ar livre e nele está localizado o Aquário, com grandes atrações. No La Isla tem canais, que passam no meio do shopping com a possibilidade de fazer passeios em gôndolas. Um charme e tanto! Mesmo que não vá às compras se pode admirar a beleza das lojas e principalmente da arquitetura do Shopping. http://www.laislacancun.mx/ No centro da cidade também existe um grande Shopping, Las Américas, este é mais parecido com os nossos brasileiros e quase não tem turistas e sim moradores de Cancún. Tem uma ampla praça de alimentação, a maioria de comida mexicana ou adaptada a comida mexicana. Um detalhe que nos chamou a atenção é que as comidas são servidas em uma bandeja de tábua, com um papel plástico revestindo-a.
Um dos canais do Shopping La Isla
O transporte na cidade é bem organizado, pode ser feito em ônibus, que funciona 24 horas por dia, levando turistas e moradores do centro da cidade a toda a orla da Boulevard Kukulcán e passam de 15 em 15 minutos. Muito prático e totalmente seguro. O preço da passagem é muito barato, 12 pesos mexicanos (mais ou menos 2,20 reais) e não precisa de comprar cartão, se paga ao motorista. Outra opção são os taxis. Eles geralmente não usam o taxímetro e sim uma tabela, iniciando com 60 pesos mexicanos.
Um dos esportes mais procurados em Cancún
Há vários passeios disponíveis em Cancun, como o Jungle Tour, que é um passeio de lancha, o Skyrider, o Atlantis, que é um passeio bem legal em um barco onde as janelas ficam submersas e se pode ir observando o mar. Os passeios não são muito baratos, iniciando em 60 dólares.

A parte que delimita a Orla e a lagoa em alguns pontos é bem estreita e andando pela Boulevard Kukulcán, se observa placas de advertência, quanto a possibilidade de Crocodilos na região. Uau!!
Restaurante típico de Cancún
Ao longo de toda a Boulevard Kukulcán se pode encontrar excelentes restaurantes de cozinhas regionais e internacionais, bares, lojas e sem contar é claro os hotéis que são imponentes e lindos.
Hard Rock Café Cancún
Alugar carro vai do jeito do turista. Eu particularmente, prefiro me virar com o transporte público, taxi e não me preocupar com estacionamento, gasolina, pedágio, seguro, etc. Mas, passear em Cancún dá certo de todos os jeitos. Afinal, é só uma avenida que margeia a orla da praia. Não tem erro!

Outra boa opção são os passeios guiados, que te pega no hotel e se pode comprar na recepção do mesmo ou em agências.
Os barcos chegam bem próximos da praia.
As praias no México, são propriedades federais, portanto não se pode impedir que as pessoas transitem por elas. No entanto, as construções dos hotéis e resorts em muitos locais impossibilitam o acesso até as mesmas se não estiver hospedado. Tem que ir andando até achar uma brecha entre um hotel e outro.
Praia rasa que parece uma grande piscina
A maioria dos frequentadores das praias da Zona Hoteleira são os hóspedes, com isso o trânsito de vendedores ambulantes é nulo. Uma vez que, os hóspedes em sua maioria estão no sistema de All Inclusive.
O conforto é o que vale!!
Cancún não é só praia e belos hotéis. Tem os famosos Cenotes, que são rios subterrâneos, onde se pode mergulhar. Um dos mais bonitos é o Río Secreto, que fica à 5 km de Playa del Carmen. Dá para ir de carro facilmente. Basta pegar o mapa em um dos escritórios de informações turísticas ou nos hotéis. Outra opção de ir são os tours organizados e eles levam a quatro cenotes diferentes. Não deu tempo de irmos, mesmo porque não me imagino mergulhando em rios subterrâneos. Tenho um pouco de claustrofobia.
Playa Delfines
Um dos vários acesso a Playa Delfines, este ao lado do El Mirador.
A praia mais bonita de Cancún na minha opinião é a Playa Delfines, com areia branquinha, águas cristalinas e azul turquesa, com boa infra estrutura, guarda-sois fixos e possibilidade de alugar tudo que é necessário para passar o dia. É a praia que os turistas e moradores mais gostam. Não tem muitos hotéis e restaurantes e este é o diferencial. Lá se encontra o El Mirador (o Mirante), local onde se pode observar toda a praia e onde está o famoso letreiro de Cancún. Prepare-se, para tirar foto no letreiro tem sempre uma fila. A praia é considerada “blue flag”, que é uma categoria de água limpa e isenta de bactérias.
Playa Delfines
Na Playa Delfines é onde acontece a desova das Tartarugas Marítimas. Todos os anos as Tartarugas Marítimas saem das águas, cavam seus ninhos e botam seus ovos nesta praia. Dizem que as Tartarugas sempre voltam para a praia onde nasceram. Isto tudo é muito controlado e preservado pelas instituições locais.
Playa Delfines e ao fundo Playa Tortuga
Na região de Cancún existe um ecoturismo com grandes parques temáticos. A principal atração é o parque Xcaret (75 km de Cancún, 5 km de Playa del Carmen), que é sensacional, com direito a show de encerramento e tudo mais. O vizinho Xplor praticamente a mesma distância de Cancún é de aventura. Fica perto de Tulum (onde estão as ruínas do povo Maia), mais ou menos 110 km e a 45 km da Playa del Carmen (a praia menos americanizada e a que os europeus gostam).

Playa del Carmen
Se quiser uma praia sem ser estilo americano, mais parecida com as praias do Brasil e onde se pode ver pessoas mais descoladas, esta praia é sem dúvida a Playa del Carmen, 70 km ao sul. A praia que os europeus gostam fica a 10 minutos de caminhada do centro da vila, na direção norte (esquerda). Ali, se alugam espreguiçadeiras e cadeiras (mas dá também para simplesmente jogar sua toalha na areia. A praia é pública). Tem uma avenida que se chama Quinta Avenida com várias lojas bem bonitinhas. Dá para ir de ônibus é só ir até o terminal rodoviário, que fica no centro de Cancún e pegar o ônibus que vai a Playa Carmen. É confortável e rápido, muito fácil de ir.
Praça do Centro de Cancún e Km 0 da Boulevard Kukulcán
Para os que gostam de ruínas, nas proximidades de Cancún existem 3 muito bonitas e uma até foi eleita a sétima maravilha do mundo pela internet, Chichén-Itzá. Fica um pouco distante e para ir de carro são mais ou menos 3 horas. Um bate e volta é bem cansativo. As de Tulum fica a 120km e não tem pirâmide mas tem ruínas que ficam a beira mar e este é o diferencial, dizem que é a única no mundo. Há vários tours que levam a Tulum, com opção de praia, mergulho com tartarugas e almoço. A 50 km de Tulum tem outras ruínas, Cobá, que no auge da civilização maia rivalizava com Chichén-Itzá. http://www.inah.gob.mx/
